Tesla is almost ready to begin delivering the updated Model 3 equipped with dual motor all-wheel drive & performance version. The CEO of Tesla Elon Musk announced the specifications and pricing on the Twitter. The performance version of Model 3 will be equipped with 20-inch wheels, a carbon fiber spoiler, a black and white leather interior and AutoPilot for $78,000.

Musk said his price is “almost” the same as the BMW M3 (the base model starts at $66,500), but it is assumed to be faster with 15% (3.5-second acceleration from 0-100, 250 km/h maximum speed and 500 km mileage) – enough to meet the promise that Model 3 will “beat everything in its class on the track.”
