Chrome, currently the most popular browser, will get a entirely new design later this year. Google is expected to upgrade its browser to Material Design 2 design that will have common elements with the Android 9.0 operating system. Details of the new platform will be unveiled at the Google I/O Developer Conference in May this year.

It is expected that the upgrading of Chrome to Material Design 2 will become a reality in early autumn, even is mentioned the exact date of September 2. This is not a randomly selected date for an update of the browser, because that’s when Google’s app will be 10 years old.

There is still no information about specific changes to the browser design. However, it is likely that Google will change both desktop and mobile version of Chrome, which enjoys high popularity among Internet users. Post from: GizBrain
