Last year, the company for wearable devices Fitbit announced a deal with the sports giant Adidas and now the first product from this collaboration is here. This is a new version of Fitbit Ionic, which is called Adidas Edition, and is a smart watch which functions are designed by Adidas.

Additionally, the device works with the special Adidas Train application, which includes 6 developed training sessions for fitness fans. These are short training sessions between 5 and 15 minutes that improve strength, speed and metabolism.

Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition costs $330 and can now be ordered directly from the company site. The deliveries start from March 19. Last year, Fitbit lost $277 million and reported a 32% decline in sales compared to 2016, so the partnership with Adidas may be a much-needed breath. Post from: GizBrain
