Moto Z2 Play will be Thinner with a much Smaller Battery
One of the distinctive features of Moto Z Play was the 3510mAh battery of the model. Add to this and the relatively unpretentious Snapdragon 625 and you get a phone that will not leave you in a tense day and make you think about the charger. Unfortunately, this time the successor of the Moto Z Play will not bet on the significant battery capacity.
The images that comes from TENNA show both rear and front of the Z2 Play. Also, give little glimpses of both right and left side of the device. It shows that the power and volume buttons on the phone will be placed on the right edges, while the left side will have no buttons at all.
Device with name Moto Z2 Play, has just been certified by the Chinese TENAA regulator, whose papers show that the device has a modest 2820mAh battery. If you’re wondering, that’s exactly 20 percent less capacity. The screen is a 5.5-inch OLED display with 1080p resolution, which is the same as the previous version.
The processor is the new 8-core Snapdragon 626 at 2.2GHz, and its power consumption is expected to be comparable to that of the Snapdragon 625. The data reveal that the Moto Z2 Play will have 4GB of RAM, which is 1GB more than last year.
Storage space is also increased from 32GB to 64GB, respectively. With the camera, however, megapixels have fallen from 16MP to 12MP, which does not necessarily mean that it is bad thing.
However the new Moto Z2 Play does not seem particularly convincing, and for every step ahead it also makes one back. His certification means that we will not have to wait long for the official announcement.
