The most expensive camera in the world is called Nikon One and it costs $406,000
The oldest surviving Nikon camera was sold for a staggering $406,000 at auction in Austria.
This is the third piece that Nikon has created back in 1948, with original lens F2 Nikkor H.
It also comes with original and extremely rare double neck strap. Antiques was “made in occupied Japan” as is evident from the inscription at the bottom of the camera.
The camera was initially introduced simply by Nikon, but was later called “Nikon One”. Its starting price at the auction was $95,000, but in the end it came to $406,000, including fees and premiums.
