Super-VOOC

After we saw some of the most anticipated smartphones at MWC 2016, is time and other companies to present their innovations.

Perhaps one of the most interesting proposals in this regard is the new Super VOOC charging technology of Oppo that promises to full charge your smartphone battery in just 15 minutes.

That’s pretty impressive statement by the Chinese company, given that Quick Charge 3.0, Qualcomm can charge the battery from 0% to 80% for about 35 minutes. Oppo claims, however, that has created a new algorithm that manages to retain maximum low temperature of the device during charging.

Low-voltage charging mechanism is completely safe, the manufacturer promises. Super VOOC works with microUSB, and a USB Type-C ports and requires cable, adapter and connector.

Unfortunately, at the time the technology is limited to 2,500mAh batteries and smartphones of Oppo. The company hopes to release the technology in the near future.
