In a week that Samsung presented a new device series Edge with a curved display, appeared information that Apple have submitted a patent for a similar development. As described in the documentation, this is a device with a display that twists in the shell side of the phone and displays information on the side panel. The patent suggests that Apple may be working on iPhone without any hardware buttons except one of turn on and off the phone.

The team of the company describes the side panel of the display are a variety of software buttons. Interestingly, the patent information suggests that Apple would rather try to use the flat side of the display instead of the curved zone.
