Batman: Arkham Knight for PC is a failure
The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight become tasteless joke for the fans of the series. Opinions about the game on Steam are “mostly negative” – only 29% of the 3700 reviews are positive. The first shock is the frame rate of the game – by default locked by 30 frames per second or less double the allowable minimum for a AAA title on a computer. After the huge problems with video cards of AMD (the crash, huge declines in quality, random jumps on the screen), the company released a new driver that should fix things. The problem is not a hardware manufacturer – many users machines above the recommended requirements with Nvidia cards also encountered similar problems.
According to the statement of Rocksteady (studio behind the game) port on the computer Arkham Knight is not even not made from them – “currently working with their external PC developer.” After the crash of the Assassin’s Creed: Unity, gamers hoped AAA companies will do more for them titles, but not – quality titles that don’t want from the users insane money for full content, apparently only come from small companies, such as the situation with The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt. Once we have examples of fantastic and catastrophic start of one of the most anticipated titles of the year.
