Next Generation Apple TV will be controlled with touchpad
According to a source of The New York Times Apple will introduce many new products in his presentation on the first day of WWDC. One is a completely new version of Apple TV with remote sensing. We expect the device to have its own application store and include Siri, probably with microphones with wide coverage, similar to Amazon Echo. The most interesting is that Apple is working on a remote, which will include a touchpad, possibly with Force Touch. It will have only two physical buttons (Menu and Play/Pause) and will allows fine control applications. All this coincides with rumors that Apple negotiates its own television service with ABC, CBS and Fox, targeted to those users who no longer want to pay for cable TV. The beginning of this concept we saw a few months ago, when the company announced a partnership with HBO.
