Despite the cult status of Super Mario 64, you can not deny that the game already looks a little outdated.

This idea was inspired by Eric Ross, a computer science student, to create a modern processing (remake) of the first level of the classic title. Ross used Unity to build a new version of the game. The result is impressively good and the quality of the graphics hardly differs from that of the new titles on Nintendo. The first level of Super Mario 64 you can play in your browser here, but do not expect for the rest of the game. Ross said that the project was experimental and has no plans to develop more levels nor spend much time on the removal of bugs.
