BlackBerry, Samsung and IBM entered into an interesting collaboration that has one purpose – creating one of the safest tablets. SecuTABLET, is based on Samsung Tab S 10.5 and will be available for purchase in the summer of this year. The device is secured by a special encryption technology called Secusmart. We recall that in the middle of last year, BlackBerry has acquired the company that developed the software.

Secusmart already used by the governments of Germany and Canada to provide the necessary protection from prying hackers and malware. SecuTABLET will not be available to the general public. The tablet has a very clear user group – “public and international sector and trading corporations”. Interestingly, secured tablet will allow owners to use even popular social networks and applications to exchange text messages – Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. From IBM provided the software that allows the user to divide securely workflow personal applications when using the tablet.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is equipped with 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display (2560×1600 pixels), 8-core Exynos 5420 processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory.
