This morning, Microsoft introduced its new budget smartphone Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL stand on MWC 2015. The company demonstrated more of the capabilities of Windows 10. The long-awaited flagship Lumia series was not released and it seems that its premiere will be in fact only the release of Windows 10.

The two budget phone of Microsoft come with a one year subscription to Office365, which is trying to attract business users. The smaller model is a direct successor to the Lumia 630 and comes with a 5-inch 720p Clear Black display. Although this is a low-end device, the coating of the screen is Gorilla Glass 3, which remains pleasant and premium feel of the device. The phone has a 400 Snapdragon processor, running at 1.2 GHz, 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Surprises continue with 8-megapixel camera that has LED flash. These are the features and small details that we used to see in phones with such a low price and a few years ago were normal for flagship models. Lumia 640 will have a version with 3G, which will cost $140, and one with 4G, which will cost $160.

The larger is Lumia 640 XL, which is the successor of Lumia 1320. It seems Microsoft is in a good direction in terms of the names of your devices. The specifications are almost the same as the display again 720p, but the 5.7-inch diagonal. The rear camera is 13 megapixel with Carl Zeiss optics and LED flash, while the front is 5MP with wide-angle lens. And here the price of the 3G version is really low for these characteristics, as here it will be $190 for 3G and $220 for the 4G version.
