Programs in Android Lollipop are more stable than iOS 8
If you think that Android 5.0 Lollipop is not stable enough, a new report wants to refute. According to Crittercism, a company that tracks the behavior of mobile applications, programs under Android Lollipop behave with a bit more stable compared their versions for iOS 8. In fact, the difference is only 0.2%. In the latest version of Google’s operating system such problems occur in 2%, while that of competitors from Apple – at 2.2 percent. By Crittercism add something more interesting – currently 8 iOS is a bit more unstable than the previous version. On iOS 7 percentage stabbing applications is 1.9. The opposite trend was observed in Android 5.0, as KitKat and versions Ice Cream Sandwich reach 2.6%.
Regardless of which mobile operating system you use, 2.2% and 2% are excellence. Of course, 0% is the best option, but at least at the moment we can not expect such a perfect performance. We recall that a year ago Crittercism again report dedicated to the stability of the two mobile operating systems. Then against each other were placed on Android versions 4.4.2 and 7.1 of the iOS. Better performer system again was that of Google. We must not forget that the difference is really minimal and not something that will affect particularly the choice that will make the user. However, it is interesting to see the development of the two operating systems that currently dominate in the smartphone segment.
