Only two years ago, Samsung released their first UHD TV. Last year, their name is invariably mentioned when it comes to television with such a resolution, the emphasis that it placed in 2014, was curved design. Now, however, the Koreans are ready with the next generation technology – SUHD.

In an interview Dave Das – senior vice president of marketing department of home entertainment products in Samsung – explain the advantages of the new TVs to SUHD old. Das outlined three innovations: 1) layers of nanocrystals on the screen which improves the accuracy of color rendition 2) the increased brightness of the panel – 2.5 times greater than that of the last year their UHD TVs and 3) maintenance of 10- bit color.

Das pointed out that the partners of Samsung’s Fox Innovation Labs are committed to adapt many of the films of Fox to the new standard, offering users the best 4K resolution. Senior Vice President also stressed that the new SUHD TVs that use the operating system Tizen have a brand new interface offers intuitive navigation and extremely clear that all of Samsung’s TVs this year will use exactly this platform.
