Samsung today announced its first smartphone with OS Tizen – Z1. The device is directed to a cheapest segment.
Management model under alternative operating system will initially be sold in India at a price of $90 usd.

Z1 comes with a 4-inch PLS screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a dual core processor with a clock frequency of 1,2 GHz.

The smartphone is equipped with 768 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal flash memory which can be expanded with microSD cards of up to 64GB.

There are two cameras with a resolution of 0.3 megapixels and 3, wireless modules Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 4.1.

Battery capacity of 1500 mAh provides up to 8 hours of talk time, says Samsung.

Tizen device has dimensions 120,4 x 63,2 x 9,7 mm and weighing 112 grams. Running the version Tizen 2.3, supports two SIM cards and will be available in white, black and red.
