NVIDIA will introduce gaming tablet Shield on 22 July
NVIDIA is a company that we are accustomed to associate with its popular and powerful graphics processors and chips for mobile devices. Company quite surprised analysts last summer when implemented premiere handheld Shield, since the first time she was involved in the development of the entire device, not only provides individual components thereof. It turns out that NVIDIA intends to continue with this strategy and has developed a successor to this model.
Curiously, the upcoming device will be an updated version of the console, and a tablet that will be called Shield Tablet. The company will include support for technology GameStream, allowing you stream games from your PC directly to the device display. NVIDIA Shield Tablet will be powered by the new Tegra K1 processor, which is complemented by 192 CUDA cores and Operational memory of 2GB. Stay tuned for more details after the break.
