Recently we reported, Apple is working on an opportunity to work on two or more applications on one screen for iPad.

Similar functionality is available in long Microsoft Surface and other Windows tablets under the name “snapping”. Fortunately for iPad users this is no longer just a rumor. In the code of the first beta of iOS 8 several developers have found evidence that Apple is working on a system that allows applications for the iPad to run on half the screen, but on the fourth or third, which was not expected.

Thus, for example, we can use Twitter client or IM service quarter of the width of the screen and the other browser. We expect the new interface to be shown only after formal announcement of the heir to the iPad Air this fall.
