Officially the Start menu its back in Windows 8.1
All the rumors proved true – Microsoft brushed the dust from the Start button and menu in Windows 8.1 and again makes it one of the most important navigational elements in the operating system.
The new version of the menu is a combination of the known version of Windows 7 and your most important live tiles which previously occupied the entire screen. Curiously, the interface is extremely similar to the development of independent graphic design, which became a hit a year ago.
The dimensions of the menu are exactly what we are used to from previous versions of Windows. On account of them live tiles are much smaller, coming to your Windows Phone versions. Overall Windows 8.1 is optimized for keyboard and mouse, and includes some of the changes that a number of users of desktops and laptops without touch screens expected.
