IPhone users are notorious for their loyalty to Apple, but a new study shows that Samsung have reached almost the same level of brand loyalty.
A study by the consulting firm WDS about three out of four iPhone users in the U.S., UK and Australia who have updated their devices have continued to use the iPhone, writes Business Insider.

58% of customers did Samsung have chosen a new device from the same manufacturer in 2013.

It is no surprise that at least loyal consumers of BlackBerry. Four out of five owners of the product of the Canadian company have passed a different brand phone.

It is important to note that participants in the study of WDS are the three most advanced mobile markets in the world where Apple has always been the dominant manufacturer of smartphones.

The OS of the Cupertino company has managed to keep iOS users. Much more likely is the owner of Samsung Galaxy S4 to pass the HTC One, than the iPhone user to change the device to a Samsung.

Therefore reaching 58% flyer for the South Korean technology giant is worth highlighting. Another success of Samsung ‘s top spot as the first choice for users who have changed the brand of device.
