Winter Olympics in Sochi were officially opened after a spectacular ceremony. It all started with a short program that had a countdown and finally bloomed five flowers that represent the five Olympic rings. There was a parade of delegations were presented to the teams. With the bright costumes were those of Lithuania and Germany. That the Cayman Islands was even in shorts and flip flops, despite temperatures of 6 degrees.
